Authentic Thai green curry with coconut milk and fresh vegetables! Ingredients 2 tablespoons green curry paste 400ml coconut milk 300g chicken breast, sliced 1 bell pepper, sliced 1 cup green beans Thai basil leaves 2 tablespoons fish sauce 1 tablespoon palm sugar Jasmine rice for serving Instructions Heat oil in a wok over medium heat Fry curry paste for 1-2 minutes until fragrant Add half the coconut milk, stir until combined Add chicken and cook for 5 minutes Add vegetables and remaining coconut milk Season with fish sauce and sugar Simmer for 10 minutes Stir in Thai basil leaves Serve over jasmine rice Authentic Thai flavors! 🍛
