Ingredients
- 400g spaghetti
- 200g pancetta or bacon
- 4 large eggs
- 100g Parmesan cheese, grated
- Black pepper
- Salt
Instructions
- Cook the pasta in salted boiling water until al dente
- Fry the pancetta until crispy
- Mix eggs and cheese in a bowl
- Combine everything off heat to avoid scrambling eggs
- Serve immediately with extra Parmesan!
