Ingredients

  • 400g spaghetti
  • 200g pancetta or bacon
  • 4 large eggs
  • 100g Parmesan cheese, grated
  • Black pepper
  • Salt

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in salted boiling water until al dente
  2. Fry the pancetta until crispy
  3. Mix eggs and cheese in a bowl
  4. Combine everything off heat to avoid scrambling eggs
  5. Serve immediately with extra Parmesan!
